The knit
Most activewear is cut and sewn. Ours is knitted.
Cut-and-sew means flat fabric sliced into panels and stitched together — fast, cheap, and the reason leggings roll and rub. A seamless knit is built in the round on a circular machine, so the density changes where your body needs it instead of where a pattern piece ends.
- Doubled yarn through the seat, so it stays opaque at full stretch
- Open mesh knitted into the back of the knee and the lower back
- Around 40% stretch in both directions, with recovery that survives the wash
- Flat-locked joins only where the top meets the band
